PORT ARANSAS, Texas - May 14, 2019  – The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) April market report for Port Aransas & Mustang Island shows the Median price at $343,250 up slightly from last year and down from the previous month.  Higher end properties are moving and this trend has carried into May.  We're seeing a good number of cash transactions.  The number of Port Aransas home and condo listings is up considerably with a 45% increase.  This is a result of a number of condos coming on the market with recently completed repairs from Harvey.  Although closed sales fell 33% over last year for the month of April, buyer activity is brisk as we approach the  2019 Spring/Summer Rental Season.
