PORT ARANSAS, Texas - July 15, 2019  – The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) June market report for Port Aransas & Mustang Island shows the Median price at $309,500 which is up 12.6% over June 2018, but down considerably from previous months earlier this year.  The condominium segment of the market has been very active and accounted for 60% of June sales.  Some units are being sold gutted and "as is" at discounted pricing which is reflected in the median price figure. Current inventory levels of condos are high and skewing the overall market numbers as a result.
