PORT ARANSAS, Texas - April 19, 2019  – The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) March market report for Port Aransas & Mustang Island shows the Median price at $386,500 which is up from last year as a result of price distribution of closed March 2019 sales.  Higher end properties are moving and this trend has continued and perhaps increased in April.  The number of Port Aransas home and condo listings is up 31% over 2018 with many property repairs completed in advance of the  2019 Spring/Summer Season.
