PORT ARANSAS, Texas - October 20, 2018  – The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) September market analysis is heavily skewed by the effects of  hurricane Harvey which made landfall August 25, 2017.  There were only a handful of closed sales in September 2017 and three of them were high-end homes which were not damaged in the storm. The September 2018 median home/condo price of $404,500 is up considerably and is the highest figure Y-T-D.
